Dear Sir/Madam,
In our history, there is a culture of celebrating the international holiday of Women’s Day.
All together at the Bosnia and Herzegovina Counseling Center every year since its establishment, and that is for 21 years, we have been celebrating that very important date for women all over the world. In the premises of the center, the volunteers prepared everything needed for this gathering, while our members, as part of the floristry course, prepared flowers for their older friends and colleagues the day before.
Hasnija Majdanac, Ismeta Trožić, Safeta Karabasic, Envera Rušidović, Rasima Nasić, Marijana Biro-Čataj, Ismeta Velić and Behija Džonlić are very active in almost all activities of the organization, but this time they also received recognition for completing a floristry course and donated their decorative baskets to other ladies.
About thirty of our members congratulated each other and distributed flowers as a symbol of the holiday, i.e. delivered by President Zaim Pašić, Secretary Fejzi Jahaj and a member of the Board of Directors
Committee Mesud Kahrimanović.
Physical exercise teacher Andrew Blackwood and his wife Barbara also attended this celebration.
The gathering took place over sevdalinka and a good snack, and the main message of the gathering was that the most important thing is to be active, regardless of age and gender.
