Advocacy Worker<\/b><\/p>\n

PART- TIME, 21 hours a week<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a314,748 per annum plus pension at 8%<\/b><\/p>\n

Note: This is a one year fixed term contract with likely possibility for extension subject to further funding being secured<\/p>\n

Bosnia and Herzegovina Community Advice Centre (BHCAC) is an independent charity organisation providing free information, advice and advocacy services to disadvantaged and marginalised Londoners from West Balkan and wider local community.<\/p>\n

We are currently funded by Brent Council, City Bridge Trust and Big Lottery Fund to deliver services for older Londoners from West Balkan region and wider local community.<\/p>\n

We are seeking an individual who is fluent in English-Bosnian-Serbo-Croat languages, ideally with experience in advocacy and service delivery to build on our achievements to date and to drive forward innovative services that provide our older beneficiaries from West Balkan region with quality support.<\/p>\n

You will be part of the BHCAC team and will take responsibility for implementation of the Projects\u2019 services and activities. If you are fluent in English-Bosnian\/ Serbo\/ Croat languages with experience or qualification in interpreting \/ advocacy \/ law \u00a0or advice on Welfare Benefits, Housing, Social Care or Health, we want to hear from you.<\/p>\n
