At the Bosnia UK Network headquarters in Birmingham, Veolia Environmental Trust VET organized a meeting with representatives of minority ethnic organizations that are in the process of applying for the VET grant.
The reason for the meeting at the Bosnian House is for those present to see the difference that the Veolia Environmental Trust funds can make, given that they have supported the renovation of the Bosnian House premises with their financial fund.

Delegates from the Bosnia UK Network were invited to inform attendees about the importance of the VET Fund and how it is distributed, and to exchange experiences and advice on applying for the VET Fund, as well as other sources of application.
In a friendly and informal atmosphere, each organization had the opportunity to present information about themselves and their successful and unsuccessful applications for various funds. This was also a way to make new friends and potential future collaborators through conversation and questions.
VET Fund Officer, Malgorzata Adamowska, discussed the parts of the Veolia Environmental Trust Fund application process, and offered suggestions on how organizations can improve their applications.
