Dear members of the Bosnia and Herzegovina community in Great Britain,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dear colleague and friend Hajrudin Šistek at the age of 82, on 19 July 2019, at Northwick Park Hospital in London. Hajrudin was a founding member and long-time member of the Steering Committee of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Counselling Centre (BHCAC) and was largely responsible for its survival and development. Hajrudin left a deep mark on the hearts of all who knew him and bequeathed to society an organisation that serves the needs of the wider community. We express our sincere condolences to his family and friends. May his noble soul rest in peace.

The funeral prayer for the late Hajrudin Šistek will be held in London, tomorrow, Friday 26 July 2019 at 1.15pm at the East London Mosque, 82–92 Whitechapel Rd, Shadwell, London E1 1JQ.
