From the outset, this cohort demonstrated exceptional commitment, resilience, and professionalism. Many of the learners were balancing significant personal responsibilities while adapting to life in a new country, yet their focus and determination never wavered. Throughout the programme, they developed strong practical skills in computerised accounting systems, payroll processing, and workplace readiness, building both technical competence and confidence.
What stood out most was the remarkable talent within the group. Their aptitude for financial processes, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn reflected both natural ability and a strong work ethic. Every learner successfully completed the course a testament to their dedication and the supportive environment created throughout the programme.
Following completion, learners were interviewed by employers for financial roles. We are proud to share that 60% have already secured employment. This outcome speaks not only to the quality of training delivered but also to the readiness and professionalism of the learners themselves.
This programme reinforces what we know to be true: when structured training, clear expectations, and strong pastoral support come together, individuals can thrive. It has been a privilege to support this group on their journey toward meaningful employment, and we look forward to seeing their continued success in the financial sector
