And it’s time for the New Year holidays again, which children are most excited about, partly because of the gifts that are inevitable during this period, and partly because of the well-deserved break from school.
In accordance with tradition, the Bosnian-Herzegovinian association in Birmingham organized the traditional distribution of New Year’s gifts to children from Birmingham.

In a festive mood with a specially decorated Bosnian house and with Santa Claus, 45 New Year’s packages were distributed.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Mehemed Solaković , who was an extraordinary Santa Claus this year and distributed New Year’s gifts to the children.

Thank you to the parents, Dževdana Gološ, Alma Aganović, Ermina Džamastagić, Amra Dautović, Merima Šadić, Melita Hanić and Lejla Solaković, who prepared this year’s New Year’s gifts, decorated the Bosnian House and made sure that the gathering was fun.
Special thanks to Alma who did the face painting, Amra and her daughter Leila for the decorations, Dževdana and her daughter Zara for the creative snow white, Ermina for the delicious cake and Melita for the disco music. Also, thank you to Taibi Durmišević, whose granddaughter attends the BiH secondary school in Birmingham, for the gifts and decorations.

There was no end to the children’s joy and play.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
