A packed Bosnian House in Birmingham hosted a Bajram gathering and distribution of packages for children, youth and elderly members of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian community. A total of 95 packages were distributed. After the distribution of packages, a gathering was organized with sevdalinka and Abid Kahriman made sure that those present enjoyed Bosnian barbecue specialties.
Earlier we wrote that the Bosnian House opened its doors to Syrian and Ukrainian refugees because many Bosnians and Herzegovinians understand their sufferings and troubles because they themselves went through the hell of war.
During the Eid holidays, a distribution of packages was organized for Syrian children attending supplementary school at the Bosnian House, and for the Easter holidays, a special program and gifts were organized for Ukrainian children.
