We invite you to join us on Wednesday, 1 July, at 10:00 am for a ceremony symbolically marking the launch of the project to create a memorial to the victims of the Srebrenica genocide in Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham. Construction will begin once all necessary permissions have been obtained and the consultation process has been completed.
Following the ceremony, participants will make their way to Birmingham City Council House, where the main Srebrenica genocide commemoration for the West Midlands will take place at 1:00 pm.
