The championship will be held from 17-19 April 2020. The SSDBiH Sports Commission will select the host that offers the best conditions. Criteria that will be taken into consideration – host obligations: • Sports hall – provide a hall that complies with futsal rules; • Welcoming and sending off officials, 
media and sponsors at the airport; • Provide suitable accommodation (3* or 4* hotel) and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for members of the sports commission, media sponsors and officials – two days/two nights); • Assistance with team accommodation (finding the most affordable hotel deals); • Provide meals and sufficient water in the hall for all teams during the matches (Saturday), for the sports commission and for official guests of SSD BiH • Provide medals for all participants, awards and cups (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place team), cups for the best player, best goalkeeper, best scorer, best coach and fair-play team); • Provide a hall for Saturday evening and prepare an appropriate cultural and entertainment program in coordination with the Sports Commission (provide free access for all competitors, members of the Governing Board, Sports Commission, media, sponsors, patrons and guests of SSD BiH.
