It is our honor and pleasure to invite you to the III Business Forum of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will be held from 3 to 5 October 2019, and is organized by the Government of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the technical support of the Association of Accountants, Forensics and Auditors of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Support in the organization of the III Business Forum of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina is also provided by the Faculty of Economics Brčko, University of East Sarajevo.
The business forum will be a place for gathering and exchanging opinions between government representatives, economic policy makers and potential investors.
Potential topics planned to be discussed and debated are:
- Diaspora for partnership
2. Cultural heritage of the Brčko District of BiH, exchange of experiences and good practices
3. Health care and insurance system of the Brčko District of BiH – status and directions of possible reform
4. The importance of foreign direct investment for the economic development of the region and the improvement of employment, women in entrepreneurship
5. Greater presence of developed countries in order to strengthen the stability of the region

PRELIMINARY PROGRAM OF THE 3RD BUSINESS FORUM OF BRČKO DISTRICT OF BIH
Under the auspices of the Government of the Brčko District of BiH, and organized by the Association of Accountants, Forensics and Auditors of the Brčko District of BiH, 3. – 5. The organization of the III Business Forum of the Brčko District of BiH is planned for October 2019. The main topic is Diaspora for Partnership.
The main topic of the business forum: Diaspora for partnership
The forum will provide an opportunity for business networking and exploring investment opportunities in the Brčko District of BiH and Bosnia and Herzegovina. At this year’s event, we will also present investments in cooperation with the Bosnian diaspora and the strategy of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina for cooperation with the diaspora. Including available technical support, grants, and credit lines for investors from the diaspora and the country. The business forum will serve as the first address for investors, and launch a platform for connecting the Bosnian diaspora in the form of a partnership.

The Business Forum is scheduled to be held at the Brčko District Cultural Center. Participant registration begins on August 26, 2019 and will last until October 2, 2019.
The vision of the forum is to ensure contact between our and foreign business people, companies and investors through business meetings with the aim of realizing their ideas and improving the economic environment of the Brčko District of BiH.
The mission of the forum is to bring together as many renowned participants as possible from among representatives of the authorities of the Brčko District of BiH, the academic community, state officials, diplomatic staff, chambers of commerce, businessmen, farmers and investors.
The guiding idea of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina Business Forum is to foster a bond between relevant participants and thus present the concept of a new development cycle of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will be based on a system of partnership between government institutions, the economy and higher education in the function of the economic development of the Brčko District of BiH. The primary goal is to become a traditionally recognizable place through dialogue, discussions and exchange of opinions, as an important business and investment event in the region for the dissemination of knowledge and business ideas. The organizing committee wishes that the primary conclusion of the Business Forum be the strengthening of the private sector by stimulating entrepreneurship, increasing competitiveness, applying modern technologies, better integration into the globalization process and attracting quality investors, so that in the future this forum will be called an investment forum with the aim of improving the quality of life of all citizens of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina
