LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD TO ROBERT MCNEIL MBE

This award is presented to Robert McNeil MBE in recognition of his outstanding and long-standing contribution to uncovering the truth about the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina through his work as a United Nations forensic technician, for his exceptional leadership as Chairman of the Board of Ambassadors of Remembering Srebrenica Scotland , and for his lifelong commitment to educating future generations.
The award was presented by HE Željko Komšić, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, during his official visit to the Bosnian House in Birmingham, giving this recognition a special historical and symbolic significance.
Robert’s integrity, courage, and compassion made an immeasurable contribution to ensuring that the truth was established, the victims were commemorated with dignity, and the culture of remembrance was preserved as a lasting moral obligation.
