The UK government has made a decision to provide support to all people with serious health problems during the current Covid-19 coronavirus epidemic.
Register if you have a medical condition that makes you particularly vulnerable to coronavirus. For example, you’ll be able to request assistance with the delivery of essential supplies like food.
If you are not sure whether you fall into a category where your health condition makes you extremely vulnerable, register anyway.

Before you begin
It is useful to have your NHS number handy (you can register if you don’t have one). You can find it on any letter sent to you by the NHS or on your prescription.
