Diaspora for Development (D4D), a project of the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH and the Government of Switzerland, in partnership with UNDP BIH and IOM BIH, invites you to participate in the online final conference of the project “Diaspora for Development”

After 54 months of successful implementation of the D4D Project with the aim of improving socio-economic opportunities and prospects for women and men in BiH through stronger cooperation with the diaspora, we are proud to inform you that the Final Project Conference entitled Diaspora and Development of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held on September 14, 2021 in Sarajevo (hybrid) .

The conference will bring together numerous experts from BiH and the diaspora, representatives of public institutions, local communities, the private sector, educational institutions, and project partners who will exchange experiences and present their results after many years of successful work.

The project contributed to the mobilization and connection of the diaspora, with actors from the public, local, non-governmental and private sectors in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The final conference will present the achievements of the Diaspora for Development project, including topics in the field of development of BiH through the transfer of knowledge from the diaspora, innovative models of cooperation with the diaspora, institutional cooperation, and the inclusion of the diaspora in local development.
