The event “Friendship Meetings of BiH and Italy”, held on 18 May 2024 in the municipality of Rogno in Italy, brought together representatives of BiH associations from the diaspora and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This opportunity was used to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Institute for the Development of Pre-University Education of the Sarajevo Canton and the BH UK Network, which acts as the umbrella organization of the community of BiH associations in the United Kingdom. 
The signing of this significant Memorandum is the result of the cooperation achieved so far, the focus of which is Bosnian supplementary schools coordinated by the BH UK Network, which has been successfully connecting the Bosnian community with the homeland for 27 years through various educational, cultural and social activities.
The very act of signing the Memorandum expresses a mutual commitment to improve existing cooperation through various projects and activities aimed at young people of BiH origin. The aim of these projects is to establish stronger ties between young people and their homeland, enabling them to better understand and preserve Bosnian culture and identity.
