This year the UK National Lottery celebrates its 25th birthday. To mark this momentous occasion, the extraordinary impact lottery players have on the UK by contributing millions of pounds to good causes every week was celebrated. 
Thousands of people across the UK took part on Tuesday 29 October, posting photos of themselves crossing their fingers on social media using the hashtag #NationalLottery25 to thank the National Lottery for funding various projects. The Bosnia UK Network and other Bosnian associations across the UK also took part to thank them for their long-standing financial support and support for a wide range of projects to provide practical and psychological help to over 10,000 Bosnian citizens in the UK.
Thanks to these funds, the quality of life of Bosnians and Herzegovinans in the UK has been improved and the humanitarian activities of BiH associations have been promoted with the aim of protecting the interests of all BiH citizens, especially children, the disabled and the older generations.
Happy birthday to the National Lottery of Great Britain and thank you for helping the BiH community in Great Britain to be a recognized ethnic minority and successful in its activities.
