Dear friends,
We are all now afraid for our health, for our loved ones, for children, relatives, friends… I believe that you are too
someone in your home country that you care about. Rest assured that you are not alone. We’re all in this together.
In addition to health care, we also face huge challenges of the disordered society as it is every day
Bosnian-Herzegovinian. Uncertain days do not bypass even the most vulnerable, children who grow up without parents in SOS
Children’s Villages of BiH. One of our biggest challenges is helping them overcome the fear and worry that they will not
to be abandoned again.
I know that deep down you believe that no child in the world should ever ask themselves: “What will they do?”
“Be with me now?”
Help us to prevent the traumatic experiences that every child has at one point in their life
without parental care, they reactivate.
Let’s make sure together that children don’t grow up in fear of being left behind again!

For 26 years now, the SOS Children’s Villages BiH organization has been providing children without parental care with a warm family home and a safe place to grow up. In 28 SOS families, in Sarajevo and Gračanica, we care for 223 children and young people.
Our organization takes care of young people until their complete independence, which does not mean the age of 18.
The strategic commitment of SOS Children’s Villages BiH is to provide direct support to families in the community who are facing challenges, in order to prevent the separation of children and keep families together. Read more about the work of SOS Children’s Villages BiH at www.sos-ds.ba.
