Conclusions and decisions of the “On-line” MEETING of the General Assembly of the SSD BiH

Date: Monday, 25 April 2022.

11 countries have registered for the 17th BiH Diaspora Futsal Championship to be held in Izmir. All necessary conditions (hall, referees, accommodation, meals and drinks during the championship, gala dinner and concert, cups and medals) have been provided and everything is ready for the championship.

At the previous meeting, it was decided that the “Celebratory Academy” on the occasion of 20 years of existence and work of SSD BiH would be held in Sarajevo, on June 24 or 25, 2022, and that

The SSD BiH Congress will be held at the end of September 2022 in Sarajevo. However, due to the new situation regarding the provision of funds and the occupancy of the venue (Vijecnica), a unanimous decision was made to hold the 20th Anniversary Ceremonial Academy as part of the 11th SSD BiH Congress, and to set the date as 02.07.2022. The situation with the ceremonial hall in the building of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (Sehovic) needs to be checked.
It was also decided that all members, no later than May 2, 2022, should nominate members from their countries for the congress secretariat, who will prepare a plan of activities and work on further organization.

It was decided to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between the City of Sarajevo and SSDBiH, which was submitted for consideration by the City Council.
It was decided that all members should appoint moderators (contributors) for the SSDBiH FB page as soon as possible, to present their activities on the SSDBiH FB page and to hold a joint orientation meeting (in charge: Almir Balihodzic);
